1. What This Page Is For
This page appears immediately after a client successfully completes a paid session booking. Its sole purpose is customer reassurance. The client has just committed time and money. This page needs to confirm immediately that everything went through correctly, tell them exactly what happens next, and leave them feeling confident about their decision.
Keep this page clean and focused. There is nothing to sell here. The only goal is to reduce any post-purchase anxiety and set clear expectations before the session takes place.
2. Updating the Confirmation Message
The headline on this page reads: Your 1:1 Coaching Session is Confirmed. You can keep this or update it to reflect your specific session name, for example: Your Executive Strategy Session is Confirmed. Keep it warm, direct, and specific to what was just booked.
The supporting copy beneath the headline should do three things in as few words as possible. Confirm the booking was successful. Tell the client where to find their confirmation email and meeting link. Provide a contact address for anyone who has a problem. Update name@yourbusiness.com to your actual support email address. This is important. A client who cannot find their confirmation email and has no way to contact you will become anxious or request a chargeback. A visible, working contact address prevents both.
3. What the Confirmation Email Contains
Systeme.io sends an automatic confirmation email to the client as soon as the booking is complete. This email contains the session date and time, the meeting link, and the booking details. You do not need to set up a separate automation rule to trigger this email. However you should test it by completing a booking yourself and verifying the email arrives promptly and contains the correct meeting link.
If the client cannot find the email, the most common cause is that it has been filtered to their spam or promotions folder. This is why the page copy specifically asks them to check their spam folder and why your email domain authentication completed on Day 4 is important for deliverability.
4. The Back to Homepage Button
This page includes a Back to Homepage button. Update the link destination to your actual homepage URL. For the executive coaching edition this should point to your website home page, not back into the funnel.
To update the button link, click the button element in the editor, go to the settings panel on the left, set the Action when button clicked to Open URL, and paste your homepage URL. Set it to open in the same tab.

5. The Follow Me Section
This page includes a Follow Me prompt with social media links. This is the correct moment to invite a new client to connect with you on social media. They have just trusted you with a purchase and their engagement level is high.
Click each social media icon and update the URL to your actual profile link. Set each link to Open in a new window so the confirmation page stays open in the background.
If you do not use a particular platform, delete that icon rather than leaving it pointing to a placeholder or broken link.
6. Footer and Legal Links
Update the copyright year and business name in the footer. Confirm both your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy links are pointing to your actual pages. If you are using a Legal Footer Master Block (see Link Page notes), drag that saved block onto this page rather than editing the footer manually.
7. Tracking Code
This page should have your tracking code installed even though no payment is processed here. The booking completion confirmation is a valuable conversion event for your ad platforms. Exit the editor, go to Funnel Step Settings > Tracking Code, and paste your Facebook Pixel or
Google Analytics code.
If you want your ad platform to register a booking as a conversion event specifically, you may need to add a custom event code alongside your base pixel code. Refer to your ad platform's documentation or ask your meta manager to configure this.
8. Mobile Check
Open the live page on your actual phone after completing a test booking. Confirm the headline is immediately visible, the contact email address is easy to tap as a link, and the Back to Homepage button and social media icons are all easy to tap on a small screen.
